I had to reformat/reset the Windows10, what means all the programs except windows are removed and all the drivers is reinstalled. Now I got the WiFi+network drivers back. I tried reinstall/reset the drivers alone, but that didn't work. Whole windows10 system had to be reset. At least windows-defender didn't report of any virus, not sure if there was any virus.
