I added the badges into Free-DC stats, but there are only a total of 17 users with a badge right now.

Do you realistically see anyone reaching even the bronze badge at those settings. Sergey as the top users is only 20% of the way towards that one and would have to multiply by x50 to get the Gold.

RAC or Total credit? ;)

Sergey Kovalchuk (ID 6) 0.00292604 0.11762000 Ukraine

ah, that's what I was missing there!!

Badges look very good ;)

First six users (as at December 08, 2019):

Sergey Kovalchuk (ID 6) 0.00292604 0.11762000 Ukraine
vanos0512 (ID 163) 0.00371083 0.11094667 Taiwan
zombie67 [MM] (ID 28) 0.00041792 0.07033667 United States
Rysiu (ID 1) 0.00048844 0.06981333 Poland
RFGuy_KCCO (ID 705) 0.00151294 0.06603333 United States
Dirk Broer (ID 272) 0.00110714 0.04919667 British Virgin Islands
...

If we have three degrees of beta stage badges (bronze / silver / gold) then we must set the thresholds and final deadline.

Thresholds for the total credit beta stage (initial proposal):

Gold badge for beta stage > 0.10 total credit
(average 30030 wu at 0.00000333 credit per wu)

Silver beta badge > 0.025 total credit
(average of 7507 wu at 0.00000333 credit per wu)

Bronze badge for beta stage > 0.010 total credit
(average of 3003 wu at 0.00000333 credit per wu)

Only the highest possible badge is awarded.

Deadline on January 1, 2020 is probably not bad ;)

Other suggestions? ;)

And here are the first badges for credits:
Bronze, 1 star:
Silver, 1 star:
Gold, 1 star:
I have already made them with 2 and 3 stars, but want to wait if this is okay.
Can also make them with 4 stars and 1 big star, or in addition when this is not enough for credit ranges with more colours.

those badges look great !!

And may I point to the fact that the military style badges that were introduced by Collatz are not being used by the sites that make the BOINC signatures? They prefer the old ones, and so do I

I wonder what you are talking about here. There are several projects with badges which have stars in it - yoyo, WUProp, Amicable...
Some months ago I discovered that Collatz has introduced new badges inside the project, but as far as I've readed in this thread, there is no statement of Bok or anyone else from stats sites that they won't display these badges, maybe there's another reason for it - can you proof that with another link maybe?
So far Collatz is the only one with new badges which are not replaced on the stats sites as far as I know.
Besides: as far as I know the badges on Collatz look more like police badges from the USA and not from the military

I wasn't even aware that Collatz had changed it's badges. Will have to take a look.

It's obviously easier when projects publish the badges in the badge_user file, but I can handle the other cases too (like Collatz)

Teams statistics look good?
Maybe it is a matter of GDPR settings?
I have to check it out...

Yes, the team xml has data, though it's all less than 0 so my site still shows zeroes..

In the DB they have fractional credit
