Yes. Version v1.13 is quite old.
There may be problems ...
Soon I will try to update the application on this type of platform.

Probably not.
What is your Internet connection?
Is wget available on the system / console?

Can you check the contents of the directory with the slot in the BOINC client (when the application is running longer)?

All raspberry WUs fail with me with this message:

<message>
Disk usage limit exceeded</message>
<stderr_txt>
E) / sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME[0]))' failed.
ithena_cnode_route_v1.17_arm-unknown-linux-gnueabihf: loadlocale.c:129: _nl_intern_locale_data: Assertion `cnt < (sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME) / sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME[0]))' failed.

Can you see what files are taking so much disk space?
Any contents of this file?

My guess is too much checkpoints. The check.dat gets re-created several times a second, and stderr.txt is growing rapidly (5 MB in half an hour, while the raspberry WUs take more than 10 hour, meaning a 100MB stderr.txt at this rate)

The content of the stderr.txt is like I reported before, only I had previously reduced the error lines to just one.
In reality it is a big lot of those lines, each the same, and they keep getting added.

@Dirk Broer: If I developed a version for RaspberryPi 4, would you have a moment for your own tests on your raspberry? I would send applications for testing ;)

I have one Raspberry Pi 4 that runs plain 32-bit Raspbian Buster, and one that has a 64-bit kernel and further a 32-bit userland Raspbian Buster
I have no objections running tests, let them come!

P.S.: I also have two Raspberry Pi 3's (with an ARM Cortex-A53) and two Raspberry Pi 2's (the original, with an ARM Cortex-A7)

And I am quite willing to buy yet another Raspberry Pi 4 to let it run 64-bit Ubuntu 19.10 for Raspberry

It looks like the program has perhaps trouble with the (Dutch) timezone I am in, though the error "loadlocale.c:129: _nl_intern_locale_data: Assertion `cnt < (sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME) / sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME[0]))' failed" is by no means unknown, lots of people have (variants of) it.

Nice to know that it's a known error, not nice that all advertised solutions do not work. Things I tried so far:

    setting locale-gen again with sudo locale-gen
    including the path in LANG. e.g. LANG=/usr/lib/locale/en_US or LANG=/usr/lib/locale/nl_NL (depending on the Raspberry tested)
    sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales
    Replaced UTF-8 with rtf8 in the relevant files and then
    sudo rm -f /usr/lib/locale/locale-archive
    sudo locale-gen --no-archive
    sudo locale-gen --no-archive en_US.utf8
    sudo locale-gen --no-archive ru_RU.utf8

all to no avail. It seems to be connected with a bug in glibc -which is at 2.28 with the Raspberries. It seems to have been introduced with glibc 2.20 in Linux/ARM.
