When the beta badges were frozen I had run about 18,000 wus and 0,05 credit which should be a silver badge.
But the badge is not shown in stats.

You might be looking in the wrong place, it is shown here at FreeDC. Strangely enough Sebastian hasn't your badge here at Signature for BOINC users.

Your main problem is ineed that the beta badge is not shown here. If it isn't included in badge_user.gz (one of the export stats files) it can't be shown anywhere.
Are you sure about having earned the silver beta badge? What were the credit levels for bronze, silver and gold according to you, and where can we find them?

There is more to it than sending some *.jpg files to https://signature.statseb.fr/.
The export stats need to have a file badge_user.gz that mention the badge(s) for your user id
A project like LHC@HOme is sending empty stats files for years now and they blame the Berkely code.

Currently, the first "Beta" badges are probably incorrectly generated.

In iThena the xml file of the stats (badges) is generated correctly I think?

The badge isn't shown correctly in iThena, too.
