On only one computer (simultaneously) there is no visible problem?

Yea i've aborted plenty of never ending work units as well. It's not all of them but there's enough of them to be a real pain so that I have to constantly monitor everything.
The iThena CNode app doesn't have this problem, it's only the windows app.

https://root.ithena.net/usr/results.php?hostid=4257&offset=0&show_names=0&state=6&appid=
https://root.ithena.net/usr/results.php?hostid=4242&offset=0&show_names=0&state=6&appid=

And many more just like the above as well.

Yea i've aborted plenty of never ending work units as well....

Same here Somehow 6 of them managed to get through so that I now have 12 credits but that was it.
But due to people getting real credit now I can think of making the rest of the badges soon probably... ;-P

Wow the timer on the edit function runs out quickly.

*just to elaborate* I'm saying the badges sound like a good idea. Thanks Doctor now.
Not surprisingly the bad work units are not so good ;)

Add another to the list with never ending tasks. Yesterday they went for a day before I noticed. This morning 8/9 hours.

Have one PC attached to crunch the new wu's and as soon as they start, progress % goes to 100% and and no cpu usage at all.

Yea they all seem to start the same way. The problem is you can't tell just by looking at them if they will finish correctly or not.
All you can do is monitor them. If you see one running any longer than 2 hrs 15 mins then abort it. The chance of them finishing successfully after that time is close enough to be zero. At least that's the way it's been for me.

Cheers..
