Greetings!!
I am running Linux and OONI probe 1.05, CNODE 1.17, and Perf 1.03 on BOINC.

I live in Orlando, Florida, USA and there are 4 WU and trying to update; have stalled while incomplete; and have gone into retry and project backoff.
This has been happening for several hours.

I checked the server status. Did not see anything that stood out as a problem.

Is this normal. Should I just wait?

I just did a force retry and the packets were sent. 22:45EDT (GMT-4)
