Anyone else having SSL and/or CONNECTION problems to this project? As title says I am getting Lots of SSL CONNECT Errors past 24 hours or so AND having problems loading the project web site. Not having problem with any other projects or web sites. Below is the relevant errors from ONE PC's recent attempts (Add 6 hours to get UTC TIME). After a varying amount of time, my PC's are finally able to successfully securely connect and upload completed work. Is the problem still occurring? I don't see any problems on my side. Only temporary problem? :) |

Have not seen the SSL error since a day after that post. If happens again I will post here again. Thinking back to that date, it could of been related to the power grid problems causing all kinds of issues we were just starting to experience before the great deep-freeze here in Texas that week.

The Timeouts (Failed Upload/Download) and SSL ERROR have resurfaced... The WEBSITE IS SLOW /UNRESPONSIVE.... Took over 5 minutes to load Initial page and get to theis point for posting in forum. It seems the SSL CONNECT ERRORS have disappeared for now... As in past posts, it is only happening at this project. I decided to do a web search on the error message and found this from 10 to 12 years ago. 3 Common Causes of Unknown SSL Protocol Errors with cURL Could the project admins take a look at that and see if anything there applies here? I will archive my BOINC Stderr log from one PC from when problems started to resuming normal connections in case the admin needs any information from it about the SSL ERROR MESSAGES.[/list]

Been seeing a lot of SSL Connect error past 9 to 10 hours and at times could not even load web site in browser to post this message.

Almost 9 hours later.... Still having problems loading web site (HTTPS TIME OUT), seeing high amounts SSL Connect Error and/or transient HTTP error when BOINC is trying to upload / download tasks. 8/20/2022 00:25:00 | iThena.Measurements | [http] HTTP error: Timeout was reached

ADMIN: DROPKICK / FIX / REBOOT SERVER Website / server is slow to respond and or connection times out.
