I haven't done a scientific study to get exact numbers, but I can say that running multiple Linux/CNODE tasks puts a lot more stress on my router than 8-10 times as many Windows/PERF tasks does.

I was watching with Glasswire and couldn't tell for sure. I think Cnode can run continuously, submit and get a new WU right away. Perf has a blast of activity, finishes quickly and the server at least 5 minutes before sending the next WU.

If you examine the log you will see that Perf implements a 303 second wait when it starts.
