I added support for ARM platforms.

Platforms added:

arm-unknown-linux-gnueabihf
aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu


All platforms require wget to be installed.
I noticed that sometimes problems may occur (I will make corrections to the implementation).

Is that some added program, or a device? A line(s) of code?

Yes. At the moment, you can use virtual machines (e.g. VirtualBOX) on Windows.
