Make a spesial -first participants Bagde- if this is so important, award this badge to them who has done work so far,,,
Star up a new fixed cred payment and let the badge/cred hunting start..
If you go over to another phase with your project later,, cred-score and any project conditions could be the same..but legal to change....

How is this different from the previous proposal? ;)
1) we design beta badges and set a fast deadline 2) we set beta badges and change the score. 3) later another bagde.
